11/10/2024
There are only three simple steps
- Find the gun you wantYou purchase directly from the website. The firearm will be shipped directly to me.
- If you reside in the state of Colorado and/or local to Colorado Springs area We cannot ship a firearm directly to you, we do ship to the local FFL dealer of your choice if you are not in the area or preferably if you are in the Springs area we can complete the process at my location. Any legitimate gun store or gun dealer has an FFL license; pawn shops and collectors may also have and FFL. I can help you track down an FFL in your area if need be.
- Once delivered, you must respond in person to fill the proper forms so your background can be submitted. Once approved, that time and date stamp begins your 3-day waiting period. The 3-day waiting period begins not when the background check is submitted but once it is approved. Once your approval is met by your background check and we have satisfied your 3-day waiting period you may respond to pick you your firearm.
- Pick up your firearm:Once the above-mentioned process is complete, you can pick up your firearm. You will need to sign the background check form again stating that nothing has changed between the time of submission of the background check to present day.
If you reside outside the state of Colorado purchase of a firearm is easy. The process is simple and is the same above but with a few differences.
- Find the gun you want and make the purchase. The firearm will be shipped directly to me as I must log the firearm in per the ATF requirements. This is very easy and only takes a few minutes to complete. It is unlawful for me to ship directly to a non-FFL holder so please do not ask.
2.I ship your firearms directly to an FFL dealer of your choice near your location. Since it is unlawful as an FFL to ship directly to you the customer in this manner, I must ship directly to another FFL so they can perform your background check. Once your state and local requirements are met the FFL holder in your state may release your firearm after all requirements are verified. In the event that you are denied the purchase, the firearm will be shipped back directly to me. The purchaser of the firearm (you) will be responsible for payment of shipping (over night or two-day shipping only is required) back to my location and a restocking fee of 25% of the cost of the firearm will be applied. This amount will be taken out of your purchase price. The remaining balance will be refunded back.
